Cellar Beer and Cheese Pairing With Upslope’s Brewers! (Flatiron Park)
Join us from 5-6:30pm to talk about our Wild Program with the men who make it happen! Our Head Brewer, Sam Scruby, and Specialty Beer Production Manager, Charlie Condon, will be returning to talk recipes, process and all things wild!
We will be pairing our Wild Saison, Dry-Hopped Wild Ale, and Dry-Hopped Brett Saison with some amazing cheeses from our friends at Cured! Our Certified Cicerone, Joey Vella, will be joining in the fun too to talk you through pairings.
$15 gets you a night with our brewers, three pours of cellar beers paired with cheese and a whole lot of fun!
